How do I upgrade my free listing to paid?
Convert your free listing to a full launch for $5, unlock all sections and go live when you choose.

Moving from free to paid
Your free listing has one path to becoming a paid launch: the upgrade. It costs $5, charged in US dollars with VAT where applicable. You receive an invoice as you would for any new launch. Votes cast on your listing are yours to keep; they are never purchased.
What opens up
Once you pay, your listing becomes a full launch:
- All profile sections become available: your founder story, milestones, screenshots, demo video and product comparisons.
- Your website link gains dofollow status.
- The Velzio Launch badge is no longer required on your site.
- A listing that was waiting goes live at once or in the week you choose; a listing that is already live stays live.
Any reviews your listing has received stay in place.
Picking your launch week
If your free listing has not yet gone live, the upgrade card shows available weeks. Select this week to launch now, or any later week from the list. There is no additional charge for choosing your timing. If your listing is already live, it remains live without interruption.
How to upgrade
Sign in and navigate to /account/listings. Find your free listing and select 'Upgrades and extras'. The upgrade card appears first. Tap the upgrade button and proceed to checkout.
Questions people ask
- Can I pick when my upgraded listing goes live?
- Yes, if it is not yet live. The upgrade shows available weeks to choose from at no extra cost. If already live, it stays live.
- Do my votes and reviews disappear when I upgrade?
- No. Your votes, reviews and listing page address all remain unchanged.
- Why do I need the Velzio Launch badge on a free listing?
- Free listings require our badge to appear on your site. A free listing goes live only when the founder profile is complete as well as the badge being found. Once you upgrade to a paid launch, the badge is optional.
