• How does the billboard work?

  The billboard ranks listings by owner contributions in US dollars. It is a separate paid placement, distinct from community voting.

• How voting works on Velzio Launch

  Sign in to vote once per listing. Your vote shapes the order. Votes cannot be purchased.

• How does the Editorial founder feature work?

  Commission a paid article about yourself as founder, written from your story and reviewed by our editor.

• Refunds on Velzio Launch

  No refunds, with one exception: a take-down by our own decision or mistake is refunded in full. A take-down for breaking the rules is not.

• What is Spotlight, and how does it work?

  Spotlight is a paid placement lasting 7 days. It costs $19 and does not affect votes or rankings.

• What does a Velzio Launch placement cost?

  Velzio Launch pricing covers paid placements, profile enhancements and promotional features, with VAT added where applicable.

• Where does VAT apply to your invoice?

  VAT treatment depends on your location and business status. Enter your number at checkout to avoid charges where not due.

• How do I add a Product review to my listing?

  The Product review is a paid, maker-commissioned structured assessment shown separately from community feedback.

• How do I use promo codes and gifts on Velzio Launch?

  Apply codes in your cart, understand what they reduce, and claim free or discounted products from our team.

• How do I sponsor a listing on Velzio Launch?

  Book homepage, category or newsletter sponsorships and track impressions and clicks from your account.
