About the Product review
The Product review ($19) is a formal assessment of your product, drawn from your public website and your listing details. You commission it—you pay for it—but you cannot alter the final text.
Where it appears
Once live, it occupies its own section on your listing page, clearly marked 'Commissioned by the maker'. This keeps it visually and functionally distinct from reviews posted by the community.
How it affects your standing
The Product review remains outside the voting and ranking system. It contributes no votes and does not influence leaderboards. Reviews from the community are shown apart from it. The community ranking is set by votes, not by reviews.
Adding one to your listing
If you are launching a paid plan, you can select the Product review during checkout at the plan step. For an existing listing, sign in and visit /account/listings. Find your listing, select 'Upgrades and extras', and choose to order the Product review. The current fee appears on /pricing.
The review goes live immediately after payment clears.

- Can I change the Product review once it is published?
- No. The Product review is final once commissioned. You choose to buy it, but you do not edit the finished text.
- Will the Product review change my listing's votes or ranking?
- It will not. The Product review is separate from community feedback and has no effect on scores or leaderboard position.
- When will my Product review appear?
- It publishes straight away, once your payment has been processed.
