No refunds, with one exception: a take-down by our own decision or mistake is refunded in full. A take-down for breaking the rules is not.

Once you have paid, the sale is final. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Take-downs and refunds
Our staff choose the reason for every take-down, and the refund follows from it. Taken down by our decision or by mistake? Then all payments for the listing are refunded in full to the original payment method, and you receive a credit note. No refund, full or partial, is made for a listing that broke the terms or the acceptable use policy, including multi-site listings and add-ons. The paid items come off the site, and we tell you.
Bundles and crypto
If only one listing from a multi-site purchase is taken down by our decision, you get that site's share back, and the others stay live. Paid with crypto? We refund by hand once we have your wallet address.
Chargebacks
While a payment dispute or reversal is open, the items from that order are taken down; they can come back if the dispute is resolved in our favour.
Details
If an order is refunded in full, a 'first order only' promo code works for you again. A refunded Featured order loses only its own days - a second Featured order on the listing keeps all of its days. The dates of a refunded sponsorship are put back on sale.

- Will I get my money back if you remove my listing?
- It depends on the reason. Our decision or our mistake: a full automatic refund. Breaking the terms or the acceptable use policy: no refund.
- I bought a multi-site bundle and one listing was removed. What happens?
- If it was our decision, that site's share is refunded and the other listings stay live.
