How do I use promo codes and gifts on Velzio Launch?
Apply codes in your cart, understand what they reduce, and claim free or discounted products from our team.

Entering your code
When you're ready to purchase, go to /cart and look for 'Have a code?'. Enter it there and select 'Apply code'. You'll see the discount reflected in your cart totals and again at checkout. You can remove it in the cart if you change your mind.
How codes work
Each code reduces either a fixed amount or a percentage from the price. The discount applies before VAT is calculated; VAT is then worked out on your new, lower price.
Codes may have limits: they might apply only to certain products, have a set number of uses, or expire on a particular date. If your code doesn't work with what's in your cart, the system will tell you.
One important exception: billboard contributions are never discounted, since the billboard order comes from the amount each founder contributes.
If an item already has a gift or offer attached, a code cannot be stacked on top. Only one discount per item applies.
Claiming gifts and offers
Our team occasionally gives products free or at a reduced price. You'll receive an email with a link, and the item also appears at /account/gifts when you sign in using that email address.
For a free gift, select 'Use it on' to attach it to whichever listing you choose. It works like a purchase you've made. A reduced-price offer proceeds through your normal cart and checkout at the price we've set, plus VAT where applicable.
Some gifts expire on a set date—check the details. If you don't yet have a listing, add your product at /submit first, then return to claim your gift.
Questions people ask
- What happens if I use a code on a product that already has a discount?
- Only one discount applies per item. If the product already carries a gift or offer from our team, your code won't add another reduction.
- Where do I find gifts and offers sent to me?
- Check your email for a link from our team. Once you sign in at /account/gifts with that email address, you'll see all available gifts and offers there.
- Do I need to buy a product before I can use a gift on it?
- No. If you don't yet have a listing, add your product at /submit first. Then you can claim your gift and attach it to that listing.
