Adjust your notices
Each notice email contains a one-click unsubscribe link for that category. You can also visit /account/notifications to see all your notice types and set how often each arrives.
Some emails cannot be turned off. You will always receive receipts, refunds, payment alerts, listing holds and security messages.
Update your sign-in address
Open /account/email, enter the new address and your password. We email your current address and the new one: press the button in both emails. Your sign-in email changes when both are confirmed; other browsers are signed out and a confirmation goes to the old address. Without access to the current inbox, send a request from /help and we check it is you.
Remove your account or data
Your account is closed from /account/privacy. Choose 'Close your account', check the list of what will happen, and confirm with your sign-in email and password. When you close it, your listings come down, your personal data is removed and every session is signed out. There is no undo, and paid listings are not refunded (statutory rights are not affected).
For your own files: head to /account/privacy for a zip holding your profile, listings, orders, invoices and messages.
We keep invoices for as long as the law requires; /privacy explains how personal data is handled.
