How do I claim ownership of a listing?
Take control of your listing and earn the Verified badge by proving you operate the domain.

Claiming your listing
Find the listing for your company on Velzio Launch. Select "Claim" from the listing page, or navigate to /claim/<listing>. You'll be asked to demonstrate that you control the company's domain.
Verification methods
Choose one of these approaches:
- Receive an email at your company domain and follow the verification link we provide
- Add a DNS TXT record to your root domain
- Insert a meta tag into your site's homepage
- Upload a verification file to your website
Verification codes remain valid for 14 days. If yours expires, you can start the process again.
After verification
Once complete, you become the listing owner (assuming it was previously unclaimed). You gain the ability to edit all details and receive the Verified badge. This badge signals that you operate the domain. It is never purchased, and sits entirely separate from paid placements or community voting.

- What does the Verified badge tell people?
- It shows that you control the company's domain. This designation cannot be bought and remains independent of featured placements.
- Do my verification codes have an expiry date?
- Yes. Your code is valid for 14 days. If it lapses, simply begin the claim process again.
- Can I edit my listing once claimed?
- Yes. Claiming the listing makes you the owner, and you can then modify any details.
