How do reviews, follows and influence work?
Write and respond to reviews, comment on launches, report content, follow for updates, and build influence through active participation.

Community reviews
Founders assess each other's work through reviews. To contribute, you need to be signed in with a confirmed email address and have your own live listing. You cannot review your own product, and you may submit one review per product. Each review must contain at least 80 characters and appears immediately after posting.
Responding and reporting
Listing owners and managers with team access can post a single public reply beneath each review. You can edit or delete your reply at any time. The reviewer receives a notification when you first respond.
Anyone may report a listing, review, reply or comment using the Report link. When 3 separate people report a review or comment, it is hidden pending our team's review. Reported listings are examined by our team but never hidden automatically.
Staying informed and engaged
Use the Follow button on a company, product or founder. You'll receive notices about their activity in your notifications—configure your preferences at /account/notifications. Companies post updates shown on their listing and collected at /updates.
Every launch has a share page offering pre-written text for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp and email, plus a button to copy the link.
Influence
Participation builds influence: submit reviews and comments, receive votes on your own launch, and sign in consistently. Influence cannot be acquired through payment. A higher level can increase the weight of your vote. Check your current standing at /account/influence.

- Who can write a review?
- You need a confirmed email address, an active account and a live product listing. You cannot review your own product, and each product can only receive one review from you.
- What happens if content breaks the rules?
- Report it using the Report link. If 3 people report a review or comment, it is hidden for our team to assess. Reported listings are always checked by our team but are not automatically hidden.
- What is influence and how do I build it?
- Influence is earned through writing reviews, commenting, receiving votes on your launch, and regular sign-ins. It cannot be purchased. Your influence level can increase the weight of your votes on the site.
