What is Ember® and how does it work?
Ember® is a self-heating mug with built-in heater and precision sensors that maintains your chosen drinking temperature. You pour your hot drink, set your preferred temperature on the mug or in the app, and the built-in heater keeps your coffee or tea at that exact temperature. You can enjoy it with the included sliding lid for over 3 hours or keep it on the charging coaster for all-day use.
Is Ember® dishwasher safe?
Yes, Mug 3 is top-rack dishwasher safe. You should let it dry completely before charging.
How long does the battery last?
The Mug 3 provides over 3 hours of warmth when using the included sliding lid. When kept on the charging coaster, it provides all-day use.
What is the difference between Mug 3 and Tumbler 2?
Mug 3 is best for everyday coffee at a desk with a 14oz or 10oz capacity and handle. Tumbler 2 is designed for commutes and days on the go with a 16 fl oz capacity, a slimmer fit for car cupholders, and includes a handle lid. Both offer temperature control and are top-rack dishwasher safe.
