How it started
Natalie Lock is a co-founder of Zinn Hub, which she set up together with Neil Lock. They are childhood sweethearts who met at school, and they have been together for more than thirty years. Neil, who leads Zinn Hub as its CEO and built it, writes that he talks the bigger things through with Natalie first.
Why it exists
Fairness is the reason Zinn Hub exists. Freelancers who sell there are meant to keep more of the money they earn, and to build a name for themselves. Buyers, in turn, get vetted sellers, real guidance and a team that answers.
What Zinn Hub became
As far as its founders know, Zinn Hub is the first freelance marketplace where two people who share no language at all can find each other, agree the work, talk it through live and get it delivered. The whole platform runs in 46 languages, with listings, briefs, messages and reviews translated both ways. The services on offer are digital ones, including SEO, web design and content writing. Vetted sellers, instant payouts and payment by card or crypto are part of the everyday running of it.
Milestones
Two awards came in 2026. 365 Awards named Zinn Hub UK Freelance Marketplace of the Year 2026, and Best of Best Review recognised it as the Best Multilingual Freelance Marketplace in the United Kingdom of 2026.
